Guest Rooms, Rates & Reservations
Each guestroom has its own color scheme, personality, fireplace and distinctive view. Everywhere you look, a quiet country elegance welcomes you: carefully chosen contemporary artwork on the walls; good light for avid readers; thick carpeting on the floors; your own private bath with shower and tub; fresh flowers or perhaps a potted plant in bloom. Your bed is as comfortable as it looks, with its white goose down comforter and luxuriant heirloom mattress. Your armoire comes from Europe, and your wooded headboard-patterned after historic gates is custom made by a local artisan. The guestroom of your choice is named after the special view offered from its windows.

“Great stay in a peaceful setting. We had a very enjoyable 3 nights at this B&B which we would happily recommend to our family and friends. The house is in a very peaceful setting surrounded by nature. There is plenty of space in the public areas which are very comfortable. Outside there is also plenty of space to sit in sunshine or shelter and take in the views. We’re not big into nature but it was nice to have so many birds flitting back and forth. Rooms are reasonably spacious (well the Ridge Room was fine for us), nicely furnished, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was very good – Frank bakes and cooks a dish every day and the quantity of food was good. Frank also hosts breakfast which is a communal affair around the dining table. We’re not the sort of people who sit quietly amongst fellow guests so we didn’t really need him to stimulate the conversation but he was on hand to answer any questions that guests had and also maintain the chatty momentum. On one morning there was only my wife and I for breakfast but Frank kept us well entertained – I think we chatted for over an hour. When I look at what we want from a B&B it’s four things – a clean and comfortable house & bedroom, a decent breakfast, welcoming hosts and good value. In the Roundstone Inn we got all of those things. We’d love to come back and visit in the future. Thanks.”
